Lack of understanding

It's it only me having to explain certain things to their OH. Like you tell him not do something with lo explain why and it's like they know best. It really feels like draining like I have another teen here, not an adult man. We had many issues, but this did not meet me on my level, and I had to lower myself for his understanding. It's a joke . Why can't you just get it on many issues right now.

The father of my babies abandoned them for this exact reason. He's proved over and over again that parental instinct isn't just natural to some men and when I try to explain with so much compassion, he decided since 'I can't let him be a parent without being policed' he's won't hang around and he's not seen his children for 4months now.

My husband was supposed to be watching the kids for 2 hours this evening while I was busy. Halfway through my meeting our youngest comes up to me, says his belly hurts, and proceeds to throw up all over me, my chair, and rug. Luckily I moved my keyboard out of the way but it was odd that the mess was brown and smelled like chocolate. I clean up my son, get him occupied, and go in search of my husband. We somehow lap each other and I find him giving our son a bunch of snacks. I tried explaining while yes snacks can be good to give them, he just threw up a bunch of chocolate. He didn’t get it, got extremely mad, and even madder that I’d stepped out of my meeting. I went back to my meeting trying to get over it. When I stepped out when it ended, all our kids were running around with more snacks and candy. And yes, they all crashed, have either stomach aches or head aches. I tried to explain again using how the kids were as an example of why we do treats and snacks in moderation. Nope.

I am sure your only meant to out Vapour for baby on their chest not until nose. There's a list here, but I drained explaining and explaining

Yep! Always having to say 'you shouldnt say that' 'maybe you should say this' and its so hard when you feel like youre parenting two children instead of one!
