Anyone located in or near Manchester?

I need more mom friends as well as female friends I’m a homebody and don’t really make friends all that often I stay in Manchester and my son is about 6 weeks I know it’s early for him to make a friend but I feel it’ll be great for him long term wise and for myself as well I’m down to meet for brunch I just want to get out and socialize with another mom you know.
