@Joanna girl he don’t care for baby food anymore this boy wants to EAT😂
I do scrambled eggs. My 9 month old loves them lol or avocado or fruit, plain yogurt
It’s thanksgiving season so I’ve been roasting pumpkin and sweet potatoes. Boiled and diced carrots and potatoes are great snacks. Zinc, iron, and protein are also extremely important at this stage so a meat dish is great. Sausages, deli meat, ground beef, chicken thighs, sardines, etc. Steak, oranges, and eggs are honestly my babies favorite food rn, aside from whatever is on my plate. I try not to feed her the same thing every day, a varied palette helps acclimate babies so they don’t have texture/taste issues. Trying not to make picky eaters in my house!
I give her plain yogurt mixed with a little cinnamon, mashed bananas and chia seeds. Today she ate a little sliced up egg omelette and a side of mashed avocado. The other day I finally made her A 4 ingredient mini pancakes with a little maple syrup . And then yeah, oatmeal with blueberries lol
roasted root veggies and roasted apples and pears. chia pudding. rice porridge. homemade sausage (seasoned ground meat shaped right for baby to grab). Boob to Food on Instagram has lots of great baby food recipes
I do banana pancakes! Take one banana, mash it up, mix on 1 egg, a few tbsps flour until it's the texture of a thin oatmeal then cook on a buttered pan on medium heat until the top is almost fully matte then flip and leave for about 20 seconds and serve! My son loves them
Here are some examples of what I do. - 3 ingredient banana pancakes (1 banana, 1 egg, 2tbs of flour) and some kind of fruit - fried or scrambled egg and banana or berries - yogurt and mellon - baby cereal and berries - baked pumpkin bars (if I meal prep) and applesauce
My little one LOVES yogurt + peanut butter + mashed banana (I sprinkle some chia seeds in too) Or our favorite quick pancakes: blend together 1 cup of oats, 1/2 banana, 1 egg
i do eggs, pancakes, potatoes :))
@Sarah My daughter's eats Chinese food, I'm glad she's not a picky eater
my baby loves pancakes/waffles, eggs, avocado toast and i mix fruit purées in her cereal!
Eggs and plain Greek yogurt
We do oatmeal, pancakes (no added sugar), fruit, and baked oatmeal lol My girl is allergic to eggs so it's taken a lot of items off the menu for us
Whatever the rest of us are having cut to the right size for him. He's had hard boiled egg, French toast, waffles, fruit, yogurt, toast, pancakes, sausage, bacon.

Eggs ! My daughter loves them ! Pancakes. Fruit.
I rotate through these breakfasts: -Scrambled eggs with spinach and sausage - 3 ingredient Pancakes, 1 banana, 1 egg, and 1/4 cup of ground Oatmeal -smashed avocado on toast without the crust - Banana pancake bites, I slice the banana and dip it into pancake batter amd they are small enough my naby can pick them up and squishy enough she can mash it with her hand and eat what she wants - Oatmeal mixed with a fruit puree to give it some taste!
@Megan are you using a market baby cereal or homemade?
We do eggs, French toast, pancakes. Normally if we don’t have to go anyways I’ll make a bunch of French toast or pancakes to freeze the extras so when we’re on the go I can just toss it in the toaster. Or if we have a little bit of time I’ll make eggs
We do 1 scrambled egg, 1/3 of a banana, a few raspberries (we smush them), and plain whole milk Greek yogurt with some thinned out peanut butter mixed in. She pretty much has the same thing every morning but she likes it
@Parul Market. It's iron fortified, so I like giving it to her to make sure she's getting enough iron... plus it's easier than making my own. :)
@Victoria mine will devour pancakes lol apple fritters also freeze good. Just shred some apple, press it to get extra moisture out. 1 egg, a little flour and then make them like pancakes
Mix the Oatmeal with his favorite baby food, or just give him eggs.
