Different races
My daughter is 3 and obviously becoming more vocal and vigilant. How do I explain different races to her? I’ve seen some kids with the question “why do they look like that” and I just don’t have a clue how to properly explain it to her without being ignorant or giving her the wrong answer. Obviously she is only 3 so I don’t want to give her a whole biology lesson but something to help her understand.

There are lots of books out there which can help explain different skin colours and disabilities etc. may be worth a research! X
I would just say people come in all shades and colors. My side of the family is black and partner's side is white, My daughter has never really vocalised any differences other than she says her dad is peach and I am brown, either way it doesn't mean much to her.
