My husband and I like Leo as a nickname but can’t decide on the full name.
I’m not sure if these names will be too confusing for English speaker or not. But my husband and older son have very Russian names so I don’t want this baby to be the only one with an English name.
I’ve never heard either of those names but if you’re planning to use Leo when introducing him to people, it shouldn’t make a difference. Both of those names are nice!
My brother Leo is Leonard, which is similar to Leonid but definitely not Russian.
Leonard is better IMO
@Dalia my moms dog is named Leonard and I don’t want him being the only one without a Russian name
