How is ur experience living in a housing connect apartment? I hear they are only good for 2 years if it’s a new building.

I live in one and I’ve lived there for 4 years this December. My experience has been really good so far.
I recently seen so many negative reviews but I feel like as long as you can close your door from them people it’s worth it cause having a stable home is essential

I dont live in one but i have read it spends on the percentage of residents in certain amounts of income in another group someone posted that their building had 50% of apartments as supportive housing meaning people straight out of the shelter as well as a lot of drug users
