Possible MMC?

Hi all, I’m 5 weeks 3 days and the past few days just haven’t felt pregnant and my symptoms have lessened. The first 2 tests were taken around 13th-15th Nov and last test this morning. I’ve been having brown discharge all week and mild cramping. Has anyone else experienced this? Have a really bad feeling 😢

Have you been checked out? I know pregnancy tests will fade the further along you get the lighter tests will get as hcg gets too high for urine tests

Not yet, wasn’t sure they could actually confirm anything this early? As I know you have to be at least 6 weeks for a scan ?

@Sofie a scan from 6 weeks should show a heart beat , under 6 weeks should show the sack and yolk sack, is the light brown bleeding heavy?

It’s not heavy, only when I wipe. I’ll call the EPU and see what they say. Thank you x

It sounds normal too me, I had really bad cramping (uterus preparing itself) aslong as it’s not a lot of red blood and clots it sounds normal!

Brown discharge would be old blood. This can be very common at this stage to come away from implant bleeding or SCH. I wouldn’t worry too much about the colour of the lines they are so many variable factors that don’t make them a solid source to rely on. I’d continue how you go for now but if it turns to red bleeding then I would contact your maternity unit. Can always book a wee early scan for peace of mind from 6 weeks with a company who do internal scans xx
