Illness

Does anyone know if anything is going round atm? My partner became bed ridden Sunday evening with high temp, chills, raised heart rate and cold hands and feet and now he has a cough and cold. Covid test was negative. Now my little girl has it she has a temp, rosey red cheeks, coughing, sick and she can't move off the sofa?? Please does anyone know of anything going round or how I can help her

I’m so sorry that they aren’t well! Best thing to do is make sure they’re staying hydrated and to offer food as and when. Maybe your little girl could stomach ice lolly? Rest is key!

@Kizzy yeah I don't think it's that as my partner hasn't been sick my daughter was just sick once xx

Same here. Little boy started with a cold Saturday. Seemed fine other than the cold yesterday morning when we got up, within 2 hrs not happy at all. Started with a temperature but shivery last night, red cheeks, runny nose, possible headache, completely off food but having milk, not really playing or anything. Just not himself. No sickness or diarrhoea though (in fact, he hasn’t pooped today, but then other than breakfast yesterday, he hasn’t eaten anything proper since Tuesday evening). Heartbreaking to see them unwell. He just keeps crying or whimpering. Sleep was awful as he woke every 15 minutes upset xx
