How much did you put on weight in your pregnancy?
I'm 23+4 and so far gained 5kg, was wondering if this is normal

2 but my baby is on the smaller side
I gained A LOT of weight on pregnancy, but I was also very swollen towards the end. I think it was around 26kg lol
I’m currently 24 weeks and 2lbs below my start weight when I fell pregnant. I’ve been maintaining throughout pregnancy. My bump is big though as it’s my second pregnancy.
I’m 23+2 and so far gained 12 kg 😭 My previous pregnancy I was the same, by the end I gained 23,34 kg but luckily lost it all in about 4 months potpartum
Hi @Olga, I am the same as you. Currently 22+3 weeks and gained 4-5kg so far. I am trying to be on the lower weight gain side though.
very normal. i was 73kg before pregnancy and 89kg at 40 weeks. now 5 1/2 months postpartum and 71kg
