I know it might be too late, don’t know if it’s help now but my dr told me if your prone to ingrown hairs there’s a antibacterial soap you can get that they would typically advise you use before the surgery, if you go to pharmacy they will know what it is I can’t remember the name..idk if it would help now but it might be worth a try if you keep getting them
I used the Nood at-home hair removal device, and it works really well, especially in the bikini area. I would suggest using it across your scar so your hair only starts below the incision.
