Egg quality

I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks and have PCOS, wondering if letrozole will also help the egg quality?

I am sorry about your loss. I read that Letrozole won't necessarily help with egg quality, it mainly helps with ovulation. I haven't tried this but people mentioned about human growth hormone which could help, and potentially taking Coq10. I have been taking Coq10, not sure how much it helps but it says it helps with health in general.

Sorry for your loss! Nope, Letrozole will help you ovulate if you don’t, but for egg quality there are other things than can be done. Read it starts with the egg to find ways to improve egg quality. I love that book. To improve my egg quality I took coQ10, prenatal, I removed as much toxins from my life as possible. I’m talking plastics, detergents, makeup, skin care, store receipts, you name it. I also went gluten and dairy free for a month before i conceived to reduce inflammation in my body
