Costochondritis (rib inflammation)
Hello, just asking if anyone has suffered or has rib inflammation and how they dealt with this as I went to doctor yesterday and they said there’s no treatment for this and just wondered how people have dealt with this if they had suffered from this 🙃

I had this about 10 years ago, lots of rest and pain killers Not nice, feel for you x

Really not much you can do , just have to let it pass and take painkillers - is horrible though.
hey i’ve had it twice! i had to take cocodimal and rest as much as possible, took 6 weeks to heal, you are a bit more prone to have it again once you’ve had it though x
