Hi moms Im coming from another group im due march 2025 but I need your help💗

Lots of blankets! I swaddled my baby when we would go out anywhere. I also used a duffle bag for the first few months just because I knew I would have everything then 😅

This is a UK March babies group, so I don't know how many responses you'll have related to NYC. I made sure I had lots of thinner layers, as it could quite easily have been mild weather as it could have been snowing when baby was born. If it was cold I could add long sleeve vests and tights under and jumpers and blankets over, if it was mild I could go for short sleeve vests and muslins for blankets. I'm assuming a stroller sack is a bit like a cosy toes, in which case we used a carrycot attachment for the buggy until baby was about 4 months by which point it was summer so didn't use the cosy toes until mid-late autumn. I did use a pramsuit once or twice though. Baby mostly lived in my carrier while out and about rather than in the buggy, which is the most expensive shopping trolley I'll ever buy, and I kept the zip panel in my Maternity coat so I can (and still do) zip my coat up over/around her in my carrier.
