Rash around mouth

Any ideas on what could be causing this? Little one has had it a couple of days and I thought it was getting better but since being at nursery today it has totally flared up!! 😳

Does he use a dummy? My wee boy get a rash from the cold and his dummy sometimes, I think it’s where he’s wet round his mouth x
