Advice needed!

So my little boy has had vomiting and diarrhoea since Sunday now he’s had a gp appointment yesterday and they’ve said it’s viral but I didn’t think it was normal to last this long?! Is it really normal for him to have D&V for 6 days?!

Viral can be 7-10 days. I'm in the exact same situation as you at the moment x

Oh really?! 😩 it’s absolutely horrendous! It’s literally projectile vomiting and it’s so much! We thought he was getting over it the other day as he wasn’t sick and then 10pm comes and he was sick everywhere! Literally to the point we’re been having to bath him twice a day!

Oh the poor thing! It is so horrible because they're just so helpless and sad

Also going through the same just now. Me and my husband had it and both fine now after 48 hours but wee girl on day 5 😞 x

I hope your little one is okay, we have just been through this it’s awful and yes, it lasted for 10 days! I was so shocked, but she is feeling and looking much better now, not quite back to her full milk and meals as before but much better than it has been, I hope it clears for your little one soon xx

Mine started vomiting last Friday and the diarrhoea only just stopped yesterday. So it's been a week!

Oh it’s just awful! He’s literally only taking 2-3oz and not interested in meals at all! He’s also cutting teeth! So I feel so sorry for him! Thank you everyone for the reassurance! ❤️
