Okra/okra water

@Akira I like okra but I've never heard of okra water 😯

Raspberry leaf tea from 32 weeks once a day and then up to 3 times a day over a couple of weeks. Dates to be eaten from 36weeks. X

I've just bought some raspberry leaf capsules from Amazon... I think it'll be much easier than making/drinking the tea! I'm 32 weeks so might start with 1 a day then increase to 2 at 36wks!

@Claudia it's said to ease your labour experience due to lubrication, quite a few friends and family members recommended it. Although there's not much online research supporting it, it has plenty of benefits regardless

I used hot tea mama last time, baby came 2 1/2 hours after waters broke and pushed for 16 mins. Hoping for similar results this time 😂😂

Some say 32W, some say 34W for the tea. Once a day and the closer you get to your due date build up to twice or even three times a day. Dates at 36W. Also you can harvest colostrum from 36W which can help to induce labour. Perennial massage is also great for prepping and helping to ease the chance of tearing.

I just got the hot tea mama from Amazon. But be careful as I saw a lady on here say she had to stop at 32weeks and wait till 37 as it started contractions for her! X

@Lia M ooh yes I remember reading this the other day and it happened to my friend too!

@Lia M this is why I waited until 34W to start mine under the advice from my midwife!! I was nervous about that happening lol. Though I haven’t got hottea as I thought it was way expensive and just bought a big bag of loose leaves off Amazon)
