High blood pressure

Every hospital appointment I have had I have shown high blood pressure (it's been fine while at the ordinary midwife appointments). Even before I was pregnant I would sometimes have it at doctor's appointments, it's due to anxiety. After my 12 week scan I was given a monitor to take home and my readings at home were normal and they discharged me from the clinic. Ended up at the MAU yesterday evening due to movements concern (he then started kicking in the waiting room....) and my blood pressure was high. She repeated the test 10 minutes later and it was still high. She wanted me to do it a third time but then we discussed and decided that it would probably still be high due to my anxiety about hospitals and having been worried about baby's movements. Urine was all normal so not too concerned about pre-eclampsia. Just venting as I feel frustrated as my anxiety is going to cause the high blood pressure at every appointment and it's then going to go in a vicious cycle! I've felt anxious all day about it. Thinking about calling my midwife in the week in case she can get me another home monitor for reassurance....anyone else in a similar situation?

With my first pregnancy my heart rate at my appointments was always 130/140 while sat there! But at home on my watch it was always normal, they ended up sending me for an ECG and an echo😂 it was all literally down to my anxiety!

Well I went in to get baby's movements checked again at about 11pm as they'd been very quiet since the morning, baby is fine and the Doppler woke him up as he's now wriggling around but they were concerned again about my blood pressure and I have been waiting to see a doctor since then (it's now 2.30am) 😔
