@Maddie thank you very much . Google was too scary and made me worried with the extreme possibilities. You are spot on, we have dark skin, may be that's why they couldn't find it.

Hi I work as a NICU nurse, we see this from time to time, usually the ophthalmologist will use dilating drops to get a better look. Try not to worry! Hope all goes well x (Also If you have darker skin tone it’s more common for it to be harder to see)
