Your dress is beautiful! And it’s good to know suits and wedding dresses can still be worn as I did wonder this. Did you have songs played too? Could you roughly run me through the order of service and how it worked? Sorry I’m really interested I just don’t know how it works and how much roughly did you spend all in all? Xx

Thank you! Yes you can wear anything you want! And we had our own playlist playing, had my entrance, full ceremony, you can pick vowels from there paper or write your own, then signing the papers, and then the walk out and photos outside too! Can't remember the exact amount but for the registrar and room hire etc was definitely less than £200 all in i want to say about £150ish all in, they were happy to stop between everything for pics of each part too x

I did at Old Marylebone Town Hall, the Westminster Room it was glorious! Can drop me a message about the price & photo if you'd like x

@Sarah thank you! I am defo swinging more towards this idea xx

Church was around £700 for the legal fees etc then we paid to hire the hall for the reception but it can be a very affordable way to have a beautiful evening if registry office isn't for you

Ideally I need it all to be under 1k🤣 @Flo

There is a difference between a marriage and a wedding. Reg office sub £100 room size dependant and church up of £500. The ceremony cost is a line in your entire “wedding” budget
