Aussie author

I’m all about supporting Aussies, there is this local Author r from Narrabeen I’ve been following. Looks like she is doing free visits to local schools, bookshops, childcarew centres, libraries to share her new children’s books. Does anyone here work in those industries and can you help tell me how does one go about arranging a meeting with their fav author? I think it would be lovely.
