Also prunes or more Fibre in their diet
I hear apple juice can help. My daughters is the same dependent on what she eats. I give her a little apple juice with her food because she refuses 100% whole milk.
Lots and lots of water! Too much fiber can lead to constipation, but not enough can also lead to it. Finding a balance is tough, but i find the more water I give, she isn't constipated. Her poops are sometimes like playdough, sometimes softer
Add some fiber to their diet! My pediatrician said pears are great for reliving constipation and keeping regular. My daughter really likes grapes and those help her to go as well. There is always MiraLAX. It’s safe to give to kids but I would save it for truly emergent times. Adding more fruits and veggies to her diet should help!
I gave mine prune juice and apple juice when this happened. She was really constipated & that is what her doctor told me to do. 2oz juice to 2oz water
You can also try flaxseed to mix into their food to add fiber
Don’t forget your baby needs water as well
Thank you all for the input! She absolutely loves drinking water so I don’t think that’s the issue. We did just switch her to whole milk and we think that may be the issue we have a Dr appt Thursday to ask about 😁
Is your lo drinking whole milk my lo was getting constipated alot it was really bad until I changed the brand
