Headaches/migraines

I always suffered from headaches/migraines before I got pregnant. I am now 16 weeks and this week I've had really bad on Sunday night I had blurry vision but not really a bad headache but I was woken up at 3am on Monday with so much pressure all around my eyes and front and back of my head it made me sick, I was able to fal asleep about 2 hours later for a couple hours but when I woke up I felt awful and drained, I still had a headache and I couldn't do anything all day without feeling sick I couldn't bend down to pick anything up, I was stuck on the sofa sleeping most of the day. My the evening I felt a bit better and woke up this morning feeling fine but still a bit drained but the headache has started again and my vision has gone blurry again but doesn't last long and had a nap and it helped. I have my 16 week midwife appointment tomorrow but I was just wondering if anyone else has suffered with bad headache and what did you do about it?

I believe it was from 16 weeks to 20 weeks then it came back in the third trimester but I suffered with cluster headaches. I would wake up with a bad headache, take some paracetamol then rest and later that day I would have another. Did tell my midwife about it and she test blood pressure which was fine so she told me to make a GP appointment. Turned out I had low iron, so I took iron supplements (store bought ones) and it helped a bit. Could be that or also pregnancy related, but I know when I had mine it hurt to look down and it always seemed to be mainly one sided

I have suffered all through my pregnancy with bad headaches and migraines it's been so hard I had a bit of low iron but my blood pressure is fine so I think it's just pregnancy related I'm 32+2 xxx

I get headaches sometimes, I’m almost 14 weeks. I assume it’s from the increased blood flow
