Just buy good quality Stainless steel and learn how to use them properly. I have SS, carbon steel and cast iron, 15yrs old. HeXclad to me is overpriced and overrrated. Mine are the higher line SS and Cs in Ikea. (Sensuell, Vardagen series) I’m actually eyeing their copper set (Finmat) but I don’t need it but it’s absolutely gorgeous. My bigger cast iron, I use as a slow cooker in the oven. I don’t have any non-stick, my carbon steel and SS is non stick. If you have the money for HC look at All Clad or Solidteknics
I mean we have Caraway but they're very expensive. My mom gave them to us last Christmas. They're so beautiful and I couldn't afford them ever so I felt like crying lol
I also have the Paris Hilton ones and I love them.
i used to have pink ones just because i like pink lol but once they get dirty on the outside the color is ruined and i cook everyday, all our meals etc so i had to get rid of them and buy professional chef quality stainless steel
@quiddo if you want some pink cookware that’s cute and will last, get some pink enamelled cast iron. Heavy, but they’ll last forever maybe hand them down to the kids even.
Stainless steel or cast iron only. I’m not risking my family’s health for non stick anymore. The coatings inevitably wear off and Teflon type coatings are proven to cause cancer, they’ve been banned from using the exact coating they used to but they just switched to a nearly identical chemical which of course won’t be any better. I’m not keen to have silicone slowly but constantly being released into my food either.

I have all clad and then we have a lodge cast iron skillet
Staub has nice cookware as well and they are cast iron, not enameled which I prefer to other types of Dutch oven cookware.
@Jadie I have Staub, they are enamelled even their black ones. They are enamelled cast iron. I don’t think Staub comes in raw iron I know Lodge do, though.
Cast iron and stainless steel. Love cooking with cast iron because it can go from the range to the oven. If you maintain it, they are nonstick
We really like Tramontina! We got a fry pan set at Costco a while back and my folks just bought a whole new set from their site that supports conduction stove heating! I believe they are coated with ceramic. We also use some stainless steel ones from Walmart or target that were pretty afforadable too
The cheapest no stick pan Walmart sells and the cheapest pot nothing fancy. I have no complaints about either one works great
@Jessica Greenpan is a non toxic non stick brand. they’re also super high quality

Anything that isn't Teflon ☺️
T fal stainless steel. I like them. I use them everyday and have for 10 years.
My Cuisinart stainless steel set has served my family well for a few years now, hoping they last a lifetime. I also have 2 cast iron skillets (Cabela’s and Lodge) that are both holding up great. After preheating and using plenty of oil/ butter, either material is nonstick.
Cuisinart Contour Stainless Steel Everyday Pan. I use it daily. At least, until I can afford Le Creuset. 🥲
@Kellie interesting! I got a non-enameled one! I also have a lodge skillet. Love both these items. I think they are good investments for the kitchen
