@Hayley how have you been coping with everything hun? Are you always worrying or are you ok at this point? X
I was always worrying initially but now it's just one of those things. I'm like, it is what it is, he's hitting milestones, we've got everything in place to help him and he's come along amazing. I just try to concentrate on that and helping him develop his speech a bit more. I chase appointments up re salt etc but aside from that, we're actually ok and I don't worry half as much anymore now xx
I think my twins have something one definitely has traits of ADHD and both have sensory problems and emotional regulation issues…at the start of it all now…putting the extra support in place ect…it’s exhausting though as I’m on my own with 4 kids older 2 have mh problems…x
We're currently waiting for our 3yo to have his SALT apt and the nursery are referring him for his autism assessment because it's quicker than waiting for SALT. We have a member of the early years team who is very helpful. Although he hasn't got a diagnosis yet, there's no denying he is autistic (he stims etc) and she's been great helping us put things into place at the nursery, just waiting for the panel to approve extra funding etc. X
