Garlic 🧄 with honey. Natural remedies elderberry syrup is great

Homeopathy is great! Is it a tummy bug or flue?

Robitussin dm when I talked with the nurse advice line. Honey and lemon are nice for soothing a throat. The sinus rinse for congestion. A dehumidifier is also really nice at your bedside. If you have congestion and cough, elevate you head when sleeping with an extra pillow. That will also help. Good luck!

Run your humidifier and bf like crazy. You worry about giving them your gems, but really, you are giving your antibodies to baby. If your baby is stuffy, put a towel under one side of their mattress to prop it up slightly. Have a can or two of soup yourself. I hope you feel better soon. 🙂

For bub, breast milk in the nose to reduce swelling + baby nose spray and a snot remover

Organic Spirulina and chlorella will do the trick and quickly
