I do a fajita bake, which my oldest loves (he gets veggies, protein, rice, & a side of fruit with the tomatoes with it). If I do Asian, he gets the rice, protein, & veggie with it. I’ve learned that as long as I keep offering the food & not forcing him to eat what’s on his plate, he will choose what he wants & is still exposed to it

I've had to get creative as my little one has allergies and we're vegan but eat eggs. Sounds odd but my little one loves ryvita, with garlic cream "cheese" and boiled eggs sliced on top aha!
