Formula

I have started using formula as my baby has gone off my breast milk since weaning has started. She’s having around 5 oz before she refuses to take anymore. We’re using Cow&gate formula. She was 6 weeks early and is 8 months and 6 months corrected. How often does your baby want formula? Does it differ from the textbook 3-4 hours?
