Horrible GP practice experience in Woolwich area (Ferryview health centre). Are there any better ones around?
It’s the administration staff which is the problem, they are disrespectful and speak in a condescending way.
The actual GPs are ok, but due to the long and painful process of getting an appointment with them, I am dreading the process of having to contact this surgery.
Are there any GP practices where call handlers and receptionists are polite and understanding?

All Saints Medical centre in Herbert road. Been with them most of my life.
Oh no… I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Ferryview, might be one ruin it for the rest
I've been with Royal Arsenal Medical Centre in Woolwich since February and the process is great. It's through an online form and the receptionist gives you a call on the same day to book you for an appointment. So far no complaints.
