What to do with leftover cooked lamb mince?

I’m cooking it to blend into veggies etc But what would you do with quite a lot of leftover cooked mince for future meals for baby? Thanks for any advice pray 🙏

Mini pin wheels? Like lay pastry down maybe some pureee and then the mince🤔 then roll..... Mini cottage pie.... layer a cupcake mould thing with the mince and top was mash and some cheese.?

Would you say I could freeze meals of it and the nutritional benefits of it will survive freezing and thawing?

I exclusively batch cook and freeze my baby’s meals. For lamb, I’d mix it into a decent carrier such as steamed cauliflower or mashed potatoes/sweet potatoes with some veggies. The rule of thumb is to use it up within three months.
