Feeding baby solid foods
My baby girl is only 4 months and we don’t plan on feeding her solids until 6months but wanted to get researching from now. Does anyone know any good resources on how to start feeding baby solids?

The solid starts app and Instagram page are great resources! I’m not sure where you’re located but with my first I got together with some friends also on mat leave and we had a specialist come to my house for a little in person course, would highly recommend! https://www.babybien.co.uk/starting-solids.html
