I'm sure humans used to lay babies on leaves, animal skin, or hay like jesus, and humans made it 😂
I don’t think it’s a problem, I have a wooden cot in my sons room and a travel cot in my room, and at my mums house a travel cot that I have bought a cot mattress for and it’s perfect, and can be used until he’s 4.
@Hannah exactly, at 30 weeks I hadn’t bought much then found out my son had to come early, my manager was wondering how I’m so calm not having not even a cot, my response was that I have a bottom drawer 😂 back in the day that worked for people
My son has both a travel cot and normal cot and he sleeps in neither prefers my bed but i have got him a toddler bed but need to buy safety rails for him x
I'm just thinking now. The mattress would be the same so I guess wether he's in a normal cot or travel got he will be supposed by a good mattress I guess
Personally I’d say not for every day use but occasionally yes. The mattresses are flimsy at and they aren’t very sturdy so when baby learns to pull up and stand it may be a issue with falling etc x
