10 weeks & constant hunger

Any tips? I can eat a full meal and it’s almost like it won’t digest or I’m still hungry. I always feel empty and it drives me crazy.

I’m 13 weeks pregnant and breastfeeding an (almost) 2 year old. I also feel like my hunger never ends. This is common while pregnant, your body needs fuel. I’d take advantage of the hunger to snack on fresh fruit, eat more frequent light meals, and drink vegetable juice. Keep your favorite snacks on stand-by and listen to your cravings. I love warm nutritious soup/ stew that I can make with ingredients my body needs most. Warmth helps digestion and large batches of homemade soup can make for easy meal prep.

Congratulations I used to love being in the kitchen now I can’t stomach all of the scents of cooking so if my mother is brining me over some food , I have to eat out a lot. I def need to find some snacks that I can actually stomach. Most days I have to wake up at 4 am to eat so that I won’t be nauseated. 🥲
