I did n then panicked but it says you can on google xx

Why would you not be able to? Whats the worry?

@Caroline deli meat should be avoided in pregnancy due to the risk of listeria being present - chicken mayo sandwich should be find as the meat is often roasted chicken breast

@Caroline you can’t eat egg that doesn’t have the lion sticker on so it depends what mayonnaise it is! Like you can have Helmans because it has the lion eggs in it, but shop branded mayonnaise there’s no fact it’s made from these eggs so it’s recommended not to use it x

No sorry, they will arrest you 😂

@Kya sliced fully cooked meats aren’t recommended against in the UK. I believe the US guidelines have an issue with “deli meats” but unless you have reason to believe there are issues with hygiene at a factory level, there’s no need to avoid sliced hams or chicken if they’re cooked. You obvs can’t have cured only meats.

@Kya I don't think roasted chicken is considered deli meat.

@Beth any widely and commercially available mayo will be made with lion stamped eggs which can even be eaten raw. The only sort you may not want to eat is homemade with eggs straight from a farm. There's really very little to avoid!

Thankyou!, it was only cause someone said you can’t have all mayo so was just curious as this has been one of my cravings😂😂
