Feeding veggies

Any mamas have any tips on how to get LO to eat their veg? Ends up on the floor and I’m scared I’m not getting a variety in

I make veggie tots (they have potato, broccoli and carrot in) and he usually likes them as he can feed them to himself! Then in pasta sauce I blend veggies. I’ve just put butternut squash and tomato’s in the oven with onion, he loves that usually with pasta! Although, he’s on a bit of a food strike atm and feel like I offer a buffet and nothing gets ate 😵‍💫😂

My little girl loves mash so when I do that I’ll always mash carrot and broccoli in to it. There’s some simple pasta sauces you can make with blended veg too. I also recently made a veg soup which was a hit x

I literally blitz up any veg I have in in a food processor and add it too anything I'm making (Bolognese, cottage pie, pasta, stews ect..) then serve with a side of frozen vegetables (peas, sweetcorn, mixed veg) as he seems to love these as opposed just becoming floor decorations when I serve whole fresh veg 🤣

@Tania @Amy @Daniella thank you all for this ☺️☺️ I too found frozen sweetcorn and peas is my baby’s thing! Also found that not too soft broccoli is a hit right now 🤞🏾🤞🏾 I’m just hoping it’s not a fluke 😅
