lol I’ve watched so much of it!! I love seeing all the little babies. But yeah not sure how helpful it is for my birth prep…
Promise you it will be over before you know it and you will forget all about it! ❤️ There is always the epidural which I know I know people online have opinions on but honestly, the best thing has been invented!
@Natasha Yeah definitely leaning towards the epidural atm
@Zoulikha Boukhatem i gave birth to my son June last year, i watched movies until i could feel the preassure of him coming down, 20 minutes of pushing and bam he was born🤣 no contactions just a movie night at the hospital aha
Same, it has been coming up on my feed so much lately 😂😂
@Natasha wow what an amazing experience, any tips ??
I have had it come up on my Facebook reels and it’s really had me fascinated if I’m honest it shows how much labour effect people in so many different ways it’s made me feel a bit better about it because you mostly hear about how much people scream and you hear all horror stories where as it’s really not like that every time and everyone has their own experiences I’m really into it xx
It feels like the show focuses on the negative birth experiences 😒🙁and what is mad that most mums stay in bed screaming and give birth on their backs- which is the worse thing you can do, as I have found Hypnobirthing book it has been amazing to educate myself how birth isnt scary but empowering if you remain calm and focus on breathing. As screaming and panicking creates adrenaline that destroys oxitocin which is needed to progress labour and withstand the contractions…for labour to progress woman needs to be Upright Open and Forwards (UFO) and let oxitocin flow to progress… 👍🏻🥰
I was obsessed with that show in my last pregnancy! Even though I knew I had to have a Csection. Maybe that’s why I managed to watch it! Haven’t watched it this time and aiming for a vaginal birth so makes sense haha
