Book recs!!!

Coming up on 38 weeks and trying to stock up on some books to occupy my time when the baby gets here BUT Looking for books along the lines of invisible life of addie la'rue, the nightingale, seven husband's of Evelyn hugo, song of Achilles, they both die at the end, a little life, ect. Just truly tragic works of art that are so beautifully written, that will have me bawling my eyes out and staring at a wall for 3 hours contemplating life lol Preferably no fantasy

Circe by Madeline Miller was incredible! Same author as song of Achilles

Not fantasy but a really well written story. The immortalists by Chloe Benjamin a solid 471 pages. A family saga told throughout various eras , juxtaposing real historical events with fiction . Four children, in 1969 .... Told when their " date of death" would be . And how each of these siblings lived their lives. Not fully tragic overall but definitely has some tragedy

I'm not done with it yet, but A Short Walk Through a Wide World is similar to The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue

The Women by Kristin Hannah? Archers voice is also emotional! And I’ve just completed Still Beating… that’s emotional but it’s dark.

Lilith by Nikki marmery Super well written about how women throughout the Bible have been taken advantage of or not given credit. It’s written very similarly to song of Achilles but is super empowering
