Does this look like an absence seizures to you? I had them all the time growing up and she’s been doing this a lot

No, with her facial and finger movement and slight swaying I'd go towards just zoning out, maybe tired or waking up still. I had absent seizures as well growing up but it was me being completely frozen mid "talk" and when the seizure was over I'd go right back to where I was in subject. I do agree with showing their pediatrician for best advice with them following your child's health
I don't know enough about them to know. Id send this to your pediatrician office patient portal. They usually have an ability to share pictures, afaik you should be able to share video also
