My June 9 baby has a sirloin steak on his Christmas list 👀 I just let him try what I’m eating! Mashed, of course lol
homemade applesauce, crushed banana, carrot + applesauce, sweet potato + applesauce, banana + oat flour (blended and sieved oats), carrot + sweet potato .These are some combo my little one loves
So moving forward from purees should I just smash the food to like a mashed potato type of consistency?
Oats, beans, peanut butter, carrots, bell peppers, avocado, yogurt, mashed berries, blended meats.
I usually let mine try whatever I’m eating in very tiny tiny pieces or smashed
@Rebecca even if it’s been seasoned with salt/spices/sugar? It’s ok to give the same food you eat?
