Tax free childcare account - locked out

Managed to lock myself out the account by putting in memorable information incorrectly. All it says is to contact the helpline, has anyone else experienced this before? I manually pay our nursery bill each month so can’t pay until I’m back into the account

Mines done exactly the same I wonder if there’s a glitch 🤷‍♀️ xx

I did this a few months ago as I do the same and pay it manually and it was quite quick to resolve when I called them and they had me back into my account within 20 mins x
