We've got half from Santa and half from us, I've got over board so there's a lot!! 🫣 I think Christmas is a magical time and whilst they believe is this bit of magic to make it happen. There's not much magic in the world
I don’t know if it’s a British thing but I grew up in Ireland and nothing was ever from parents. Santa brought everything and we had so many presents (too many) then extended family gave gifts. I never knew parents gifting was a thing!
So my partner is a bit odd. Basically he didn’t celebrate Christmas when he was a child so he thinks our children shouldn’t. Obviously this didn’t go down well with me. We say we’ve bought the presents and sent them away to Santa to look after for us and wrap them he’ll bring them back on Christmas. Weird I know but it saved a few arguments 😂
1 present and stocking is all that Santa brings. The present is something that he wrote to Santa to ask for. The rest of the presents he knows are from us or other people.
She wrote a list to Santa and she literally put 3 little things so we’ve gone with it and those will go in the stocking with a few stocking fillers and stocking is from Santa and the rest from us/family x
