Bruh I do not wanna be pregnant

Like this so goofy. I’m 35, not married, 2 teens, no career. I literally was at work bored and just messed with my coworker. Listen, I have been ridiculed about it, no coworkers. But my doctor told me the Paraguard last for 12 years and I’m fine. 3 days after we did it, my period came on time. It was a real menstrual . I took a test 10 days later it was negative. However, I’ve been bloated, nipples hurt, sleep all the time. It’s annoying because I didn’t have none in a year and I just wanted it. Then I don’t want to abort because I might regret it. I don’t know what to do man. I was just losing weight, getting my body together, smiling, making friends, about to get a trade. Then this happened. I’m sad.
