Not eating anything

Help! My 13 month old barely eats anything at all. I know toddlers can become picky, but he's never really been a good eater. We try a variety of foods and eat with him etc. For example, today was: Breakfast: Homemade banana waffle - ate 1/4 Lunch: Scrambled egg & toast - ate none Tea: Lasagne - ate none Snacks - grapes and fruit bake bar (ate) Any tips on how to improve eating?!

My 13 month old doesn’t either. It worries me x

My little girl too x I would love to see her eating 1/4 of a waffle - she likes banana raspberries and tangerines only and simple food like bread and butter - potato with gravy but all small amounts just not fussy with boobs lol 😂

My almost 14 month old is like this. Sometimes I’m at my wits end. Today he had a few bites of pear for breakfast then nothing all day and finally some mashed sweet potato ( like a quarter of one) for tea and none of his milk. I’ve asked his GP and health visitors and they said to look at his intake over some days than 24hrs ( usually 72hrs) as toddlers do have odd eating habits. Try and offer “safe food” with every meal that you know they will likely eat (mine usually does eat fruit most days) Try not to worry. It’s baby’s responsibility to eat and ours to offer good balanced food. Even if they don’t eat, seeing, smelling and touching food still counts as exposure so keep offering as frustrating as it becomes. Give LO multivitamins (you can get free ones from start well centres) One day they’ll eat! Fingers crossed

Mine eats nothing either. A bit of yoghurt, a couple of raspberries, a few bites of scrambled egg and 3 chickpeas is all she’s eaten today.
