any mamas have suggestions?

my daughter has had a fever since last night around 7pm. it’s broken and come back a few times. i also noticed what i thought was a diaper rash yesterday morning when i changed her the second time she got up. she had pooped during her sleep so i just thought it was that but it’s not getting any better with the cream i’ve put on. could it be connected? i’ve given her tylenol when the fever got to 102.5 and it’s to 101.0 now. she’s been napping a little more than normal but also has played and besides being a little whiny she’s been her usual happy self.

Have you tried Motrin and what kind of diaper rash cream have you used?

I used Destin but this is really good too. His doctor prescribed this for his rash.

And I got this for my baby girl for her rash

We try and keep our baby well hydrated with the humidifier. Might want to phone the pediatrician and let them know there's a rash that could be from a dirty diaper but she still has a fever.
