Calpol or nurofen. Light layers of clothing. Give fluids so she doesn’t get dehydrated. I’ve always been told if calpol or nurofen doesn’t bring the temp down within an hour then to seek medical attention x

I used calpol and ibuprofen. And it goes from 39 degrees to 38 and 38 .5. Called 111 and they told me a clinician will call you

Aww bless her. She’s clearly caught something which is causing the temperature and isn’t reacting to it. How long ago did she have the calpol and nurofen?x

I am giving to her combined 1 in 3 hours. Now she is crying from pain😓

@Julia I just finished the visit at a walk in clinic and the doctor said she has bronchitis and gave us antibiotics 😔

Aww bless her😢 at least she’s on the mend now. Fingers crossed she feels better for Christmas. I’m glad you trusted your instincts and took her in instead of waiting for them to call back. Did they call back at any point while you were at the doctors?😕x

Yes, they called me while I was at the clinic and said I am calling you to recommend going to the clinic you are already now 😒. Thank you for nothing. She looked like bothered I wasted her time and just said what can I do from phone. I am calling you to tell go to hospital
