Nursery options near Halton, Leeds

How soon did you start looking for a nursery for your child? I am about 15 weeks now, and I might need a nursery by the time the child is 6-9 months old. I am thinking the sooner I start looking the better, but would like to hear about your experiences. If anyone is local to Halton, any specific nurseries you would recommend? We’ve ended up going to Colton Mill, baby is due in March and we want him in for March 2026. We started looking about a month ago after contacting a couple and them having no space until September 2026.. CRAZY. Just paid our enrolment fee this morning x

I'm not in that area of Leeds but I've had my little girls place at nursery confirmed since I was 5 months pregnant.
