Child Bank Account

Has anyone opened a bank account for their child? Any recommendations would be great please from birth

I just opened one with Barclays. Did it via video as I do my banking with them. Was very easy and set up immediately:)

I opened a kids saver with Halifax

We went with Coventry x

I also opened one with Barclays. They only do online banking in the US I believe, but good interest rates over 4%.

I've opened Leeds children B/Soc acc which was 5% when opened Pay some into premium bonds each month And started a natwest online which has 6% upto £5000.
