How to learn kind of ignoring crying

Oh...my daughter cries so often , often is just crying without tiers , when it can turn into laughing...she does it often for attention...but is a way quite often, when we are out, in public transport, groups...is hard for me, I am also heavily pregnant and with very very little help...plus my mental wellbeing not that good and her crying makes me so drained mentally...any tips what can I do ?

Validate her feelings. For example: It will make the crying less intense most likely. You’re sad, you wanted that toy and mommy said no, it’s hard. I’m here for you. Ignoring will only make it worse.

Thank you Kristine, I think ignoring is a wrong word I choose in this context, is more how to not to be mentaly drained from her crying. I even talked to professional about her behaviour, and she said that in some situation I just have to ignore, but is so hard for me mentaly to tolerate her crying 😢

I got loop esrplugs. You can still hear everything but it kinda takes the edge off.

I was thinking to use earplugs too..maybe it will help little bit
