When to give paracetamol
When your LO has a cold and temperature, at what point do you give the paracetamol? Mine has a low grade fever at 37.9 and seems well in herself apart from not crawling as much. Should I give it as soon as possible or let her body try to kill the virus and give the paracetamol when she is showing more signs of needing it?

I honestly give at first sign of upset (if I KNOW it’s not for any other reason) as it could be something she can’t tell me about - headache, tummy ache, just aches in general xx
And just to put it out there I was initially one of them mothers who was like I ain’t giving my baby any medicine unless absolutely necessary… trust me Calpol has become my best friend at certain times xx
