Antenatal Classes in Bournemouth

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for the best antenatal classes in the area or can share positive experiences of which one they did? Thank you ☺️

I did NCT classes and would definitely recommend! My partner and I did learn bits there and also met lots of other couples due around the same time which I’m still in touch with now ☺️

I done a class with Baby Mama No Drama. (Can find on insta or fb). I learnt so much and feel so differently about my second birth compared to my first! It also means you can meet other mums and dads due around the same time. She also has a profile on here if you want to get in contact @Laura xx

Aww @Lauren thank you! Yes I have one final class coming up before I go on mat leave myself as expecting number 2 in Feb! Also run a free weekly bump & baby walk which is super chill and great chance to meet other expectant and new mums! If anyone wants more info on either feel free to pop me a message 💗
