Thank you. Luckily I have acv. I had no idea it helped with yeasts infections

Sugar feeds yeast. A sugar elimination diet can really help. My sister really struggled for awhile and this really helped her.

Baking soda baths and the Monistat 7 day course!

Def going to try the baking soda! I did the one day monistat, does that one not work as well?

My dr told me to at least the 3 day one. I did that decreased my sugar intake and increased my water intake.

OTC methods don’t work for me I always have to get meds from my Dr.

Go see a physician. It may not even be a yeast infection .

I was told it was a yeast infection. She didn’t give me any meds though. She just recorded monistat

If it was a physician who examined you, then okay. OTC should be ok

Boric acid suppositories kill it immediately

Where can these be purchased?

Boric acid suppositories are my go to for yeast and bv...just insert one before bed for 2 weeks even though symtoms tend to clear in about 3 days. It clears everything out so just make sure you take a probiotic with acidophilus to restore good bacteria

Can you take these while pregnant?

Wondering the same, are they safe to use while pregnant?

Ugh that’s the worst I’m sorry you’re going through that! They’re not fun but the longer (7 day) OTC treatments are a lot more effective. My doc told me the shorter ones can often just cause recurrent infections. Cutting back on sugar can help too. Good luck!
